Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item within 14 days of delivery provided it is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as innerwear, socks, or customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, please contact us first at info@everydaywearhub.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.
